There are three steps to this order/enquiry form:

1. Your Personal details.
2. The Products, Style and the Quantity you want.
3. Your Measurements (Gents / Ladies)

 

Please complete each one carefully and then check the information you have enclosed and click Submit.

After receiving your order/enquiry we will fax or e-mail you the price quotation within one business day. Then please fill in the Letter of Authorization and fax it back to us so we can process your order/enquiry at the earliest. If you wish to fill in the Letter of Authorization and fax it right away, you may do so as well.

This information is needful because if you are a returning customer then you can simply skip the measurement part because we keep your measurement on file for 5 years.

For first time customer who are not sure of self-measurement, we would suggest you to send us a sample of your favorite outfit so we can copy, with alterations if required and we will mail it back to you with your order.

Please provide us with all the details and if there is any color or style not listed then please specify in the special request. If you are ordering a suit, please also specify the trouser styles you require.
